Site Rate is for RV with two People.
Extra persons @ $3.00 per night.
Price includes Water, Sewer and up to $50.00 electric per month.

Reservations accepted for Three (3) months or longer only, during the winter months.
A One (1) month non-refundable deposit required on all reservations.
On three (3) month reservations, the balance is due upon arrival.

We strictly enforce our pet policies. Limit two (2) pets and a weight limit per pet of 40 pounds.

Special Season Rate:
$2890.00 + Electric
(Includes Six Months Residency and Six Months on Site Storage.)
5% Discount if Paid in Full by May 1, 2008.

All Lake Front sites are an additional $8.00 per day.
